We work hard to ensure that items purchased from Biggins Iron are of the highest quality. We demonstrate our commitment to quality by providing all of our customers a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase. In the rare case of product failure or manufacturing defect, you may submit this warranty form for review by the Biggins Iron Warranty Department.
It is Biggins Iron’s discretion to decide if:

An item needs to be replaced.

An item can be exchanged.

A full or partial refund can be issued.
If an exchange is authorized, it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of purchase) during the 12 month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
- Items damaged from abuse, misuse, or overloading are not covered under warranty.
- Normal wear and tear is to be expected and will not be covered under warranty.
