We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, weather permitting. Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Ground Shipping: Most of our items are shipped through common ground carriers (UPS, FEDEX), we may also use USPS Priority Mail for smaller items. Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 3-5 business days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.
Freight Shipping: Large items (over 150LBS) are shipped by freight lines and are normally delivered in about 1 week (most are delivered in less than 1 week, but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days). Due to the handling required, these shipments can take additional processing time. For these deliveries you will need to be present to receive the shipment, and the driver is only obligated to deliver curbside. Please make sure to inspect the shipment immediately so that any damage or missing pieces can be marked down on the delivery receipt with the driver. Failure to do this will eliminate our ability to file a claim with the carrier. We will email you the shipping/tracking info so you can track your shipment. Signature is Required on all Freight deliveries. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii: Shipment outside of the lower 48 are handled on a case by case basis. If you are from Hawaii or Alaska, please use the Custom Quote Form.
How long will it take until I receive my order? Following our initial production phase mentioned above, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. The size of your order will determine the shipping method, however a tracking number will be emailed to you to ensure complete visibility of the shipping time!
What if I need my order sooner? At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, as a newly established company we are continually looking at improving our shipping methods.
Can I pick-up my order? Yes, Biggins Iron is more than willing to coordinate customer pick up from our location in Hamilton, IL. Customers can email email@example.com and receive our customer pick-up code to avoid shipping charges during checkout. If your order has already been submitted and you wish to pick-up from our location we will refund 100% of the shipping charges.
LIFT GATE REQUESTS - at this time, all lift gate requests must be made to us in advance of shipment through the chat feature or direct email in order to add this to your request. We do not recommend paying extra for liftgate, as you get exercise lifting the weights out of the box. Any request for lift-gates will be denied by the carrier unless you work through us.
